As a Tri-Country student you will experience almost every adventure activity led by Outward Bound across Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Panama. All while earning up to 12 academic credits, building your Spanish skills, and expanding your cultural awareness.
What makes this course unique? You will backpack across Costa Rica from coast to coast, trekking through remote villages, rainforest valleys and into the homes of welcoming, local families. It’s an experience not to be missed, or forgotten.
This course is open to males and females, ages 17 and up who are looking for an alternative study abroad experience and have a specific interest in language and cultural exchange.
