Learn to surf along some of the most famous warm water breaks in the world! Costa Rica Outward Bound is the only Outward Bound location to offer surfing.
This skill intensive course offers an opportunity to build and improve your surfing ability while focusing on your personal development. Woven into all activities are discussions about leadership and how the challenges faced in and out of the tropical wilderness help you confront challenges that life presents.
This course is open to males and females, ages 14 and up. Session 1 takes place along the Central Pacific Coast; Sessions 2 & 3 take place along the North Pacific Coast. Sessions can be combined.
